Privacy Policy

This policy applies to software and applications published by Part Evil, operated by Crooked Tree Farm LLC, that refer to this policy. It covers current and future applications whose data practices remain as described here. If an application provides a separate privacy policy, that policy applies to that application.
Information collection
Applications covered by this policy do not collect or transmit personal information, diagnostics, or analytics. They do not include advertising, user accounts, in-app purchases, or online services that collect information from users.
If an application saves settings, preferences, or progress on your device, we do not receive that information. Device storage and any operating-system backup features are controlled by your device and platform settings.
If you contact us for support or with a privacy question, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any information or attachments you choose to send. Please do not send sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.
How information is used
Because the covered applications do not collect or transmit user information, we do not use app activity to identify, track, or profile you.
We use information you voluntarily provide in correspondence to respond to your request, provide support, address problems you report, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not use support correspondence for advertising.
Sharing and third-party services
The covered applications do not transmit personal information to us or to advertising, analytics, or tracking services. We do not sell personal information.
When you email us, email service providers process the message to deliver and store the correspondence. We may disclose relevant correspondence if required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect legal rights or safety. This does not authorize unrelated use of your information.
App stores, operating systems, device providers, and network providers may independently process information under their own privacy policies, including information related to downloading software or using their services. This policy describes our applications and our handling of support correspondence; it does not claim that those independent platforms collect no information.
Security
The covered applications do not transmit personal information to a Part Evil server. For information voluntarily sent to us, we take reasonable precautions against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure and limit its handling to the purposes described in this policy. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
Data retention and deletion
We do not maintain personal-data records collected by the covered applications. Where an application stores information locally, you can use available app or device controls to clear it or uninstall the application. Copies kept in device or platform backups may need to be removed separately through that provider's controls.
We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request, handle related follow-up, or meet applicable legal obligations. You can request deletion of correspondence or other information you have voluntarily provided by emailing [email protected]. We may need enough information to verify the request. If a legal obligation requires us to retain information, we will explain that limitation where permitted.
Children's privacy
Our applications covered by this policy are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, including through a support message, please contact us so we can take appropriate steps to remove it.
Your privacy requests
You may contact us to ask about this policy or request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have voluntarily provided. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. We cannot access or delete records held independently by app stores, device providers, or other platforms; requests concerning those records should be directed to the relevant provider.
Policy changes
We may update this policy and will publish the revised version here with an updated effective date. Releasing another application with the same data practices does not require adding its name to this policy. If an application's practices change beyond what this policy describes, we will provide updated or separate disclosures and obtain consent where required before applying the new practices.
